Terms of Service for Commissions

I WILL NOT draw: NSFW, gore, mecha / heavy armor, animals, furries (animal-like TRAITS like ears or tails are okay)

1. General Terms

  • All commissions will contain a small watermark that you may not remove.

  • I have the right to decline a commission request for any reason.

2. Payment

  • Payment is accepted in USD through Artistree (PayPal-compatible). Artistree will charge you an additional $2.60 platform fee (6.5% on commissions over $100) for using their services, so please take this into consideration for how much you’ll pay (+ any other additional service fees for using PayPal).

  • Must be made 100% upfront.

3. Process / Delivery

  • I’ll allow up to 2-3 revisions to your commission depending on how big the change is at no charge.

  • Visual references are heavily preferred.

  • I will share WIPs with you throughout the process that you must approve before I can move on to the next step!

  • Please allow up to 2-3 months for me to complete your commission. I usually work faster than this, but this is to account for complications or anything else I have going on IRL. I will notify you if it takes longer than this deadline.

4. Copyright / Usage

  • If reposted anywhere, you must include credit.

  • Not for commercial use.* Personal use only. Additionally, I do not allow commissions to be used in AI art or NFTs.

  • I retain the right to post commission pieces on social media or include them in my portfolio.

*Artistree displays an option for commercial use on commission request forms that I cannot remove at the moment. Even if you check this (on accident or otherwise), it will not apply as my commissions are for personal use only as previously stated in my TOS. Please leave the box unchecked.
